Strategy. Research. Training.
Pathways Collective Australia works with disability & healthcare providers who are ready to clarify their niche, strengthen referral pathways, and grow with integrity.
STRATEGY. RESEARCH. TRAINING.
Create clear pathways for growth
The problem
In some suburbs, there are already more providers than participants.
Many providers are doing deeply meaningful work, but still struggling to stand out in a crowded market. Referrers are busy, participants are overwhelmed, and good services can be missed when their value is not clear. The providers who continue to grow are not the loudest. They are the ones who make their service easy to understand, easy to trust and easy to refer to. The opportunity is to make your value clearer
WHY PATHWAYS COLLECTIVE AUSTRALIA

About
Ivania Choi is the Founder of Pathways Collective Australia, a registered social worker and strategic growth advisor supporting boutique disability and healthcare providers to grow with clarity and integrity.
Her pathway into social work and provider growth was shaped by deep interest in people, problem-solving and resilience by her own experience of navigating life uncertainty, self-doubt, injury and moving across countries. At the heart of her work is a passion for helping people recognise their strengths, find a clearer pathway forward, and make meaningful change.
Before founding Pathways, Ivania spent over a decade working across healthcare and disability systems in Hong Kong, New Zealand and Australia including social work, high-end private healthcare administration, support coordination, complex case management and SIL provider growth. Having worked from both the referrer and provider side, she understands what makes a provider easier to trust, easier to remember and easier to refer to. Pathways Collective Australia was founded to extend this impact: helping quality providers become clearer, more visible and make practical changes that allow them to support more people well.
